I had a guy coming over to see it yesterday and ended up calling and canceling

End of the day, there is no other car I would want (other than possibly a BRZ), and at that point, the swap would be pointless and a waste of money. The car will hopefully be perfect again this weekend.

A WRB Limited would be far from a pointless waste of money. Dat BMW style comfort access.

I snuck in today to see how the car turned out. They all know me as "the pain in the ass" or if they are nice, "the picky guy" lol, so they were great and pointed to where the car was and let me look at it. No management is there today and I don't want to get anyone in trouble, so I'm just going to pick it up monday, but she's done.

I can see the fade (once again, I have a crazy good eye), but it is SOOOOOO much better than before, and there is no straight line on the quarter panel, so this works! People had trouble seeing the origional fade. I even had trouble seeing this one, so I'm hoping it looks as good in the sun. Crossy fingers. I'll pick her up monday.

Back and beautiful! Gloss is perfect and the blend is as well! Night and day difference from before. I used to be able to see the blend walking up on the car from any angle. Even back in the garage where I noticed something was up the first time, there isn't anything!

I know I keep saying this, but thank you THANK YOU to @spitfire481 for all your help! It was great to get a painters perspective on the whole situation and knowing when to be happy and when to complain.

It is mine @OICU812. It is time to be an adult for a bit and make wise decisions.

Paint actually ended up matching pretty well, @Kint Tut, the picture he sent was just not a good one. Here are better pics

This was the "injered" side

Hate to see you have to sell, but good on ya for doing the wise thing. The outbacks are quite nice, you won't be disappointed.
