I was T-boned three weeks after owning my car. I went to the dealership where I bought my car (good friends with the salesman who sold me my car) and asked him about the lost value of my car. They checked on CarFax and said the total value lost for the accident was a little over $500 if I remember correctly. You can check yourself but you will have to pay. My best advice is go to the dealership and have them appraise the car. Also I'm sorry about the accident and glad to hear it's all fixed and good to go.

I live off Culebra/410, about 2 miles outside 410.. I frequent the Westover Hills Shopping Center (410/151), and Alamo Ranch (Culebra/1604) a bit...

That's brutal, but if it does now show up on the carfax, and you got it fixed good, it won't diminish your value if you are going to trade it in. Selling it private party you would have to disclose it.

Right now BRZ and FR-S are not depreciating in value much...

Just get it appraised....where were you at when they backed into you?

Bummer yeah i pass an asphalt, firestorm and two hot lava's all the time out in this area.
