Anyone know if they changed the headlight wiring at all with the facelift? Or if the dimensions of the housing are different? I want to put those new headlights on my '14 Limited so bad but haven't seen anyone look into it.

They physically fit but there have been functionality issues with the ONE that has been done so far. Saw it on facebook they were having issues with the drl/turn signals.

That sucks. Guess I'll wait until there's a known method of installing them correctly. These stock halogen turn signals have been bothering me since day 1 of owning this car.

May as well just trade the car for what they will probably cost you!

Aren't the headlights about $800 per side ? $1600 all together? I might be wrong but that's kinda hefty

It would be a big buy, yes, but for me it would be worth it. Most of you probably have no problem with the old headlights, but they've always annoyed me because the LED boomerang strip isn't as white and bright as the DRL's and I just can't stand halogen lights. I'm still in the process of swapping every exterior halogen light I can (currently doing the license plate lights), but changing any of the headlight components is too much of an undertaking for me considering you have to remove the front bumper and undo a ton of wiring and clips.

Overall I just really like the way the new headlights are designed. I like how the turn signals are an LED strip instead of a single light, and the boomerang is much more aggressive and noticeable. It's not something I would swap right away, but I could see myself doing it a few years from now if it's possible.

I wish you had taken a video or something, because those pictures alone hardly show any difference. And like I said I do not fancy the idea of trying to remove my front bumper because I would almost definitely screw it up.

It was an easy and cheap update and it doesn't involve much more then taking the old bulb out and putting the led one in. You don't have to take the bumper off to replace a bulb. Like I said in the post, it is impossible to capture the difference. But the light is brighter, more orange, snappier on/off and it doesn't have the orange glow when off.
