probably a good idea. there are plenty of great options available that don't involve all of this crap people are experiencing.

That's not a fair comment. Isn't SEMA a vendor to vendor affair? Learning what's new for the platform, how to support those products, etc? I.e. training was on ecuteks agenda... I would think that's a good thing that the tuners are getting what they need to support the platform better

It's a double edged sword.

One side is the logic you provided.

The other would say wait, you mean trip to a vendor event when the work already promised and past due continues to be neglected? Couldn't they get a summary of SEMA or catch a WebEx and be provided similar information while they tended to incomplete orders?

It all depends on perspective. If you don't go then vendors may see that as a lack of interest but it you do go, especially given FA20Club's backlog, can be seen as lack of putting the customer first when you already have the necessary tools.

Both or which are detrimental to a successful business but more so the latter. 100 vendors may support the platform but if more customers decide to take their business elsewhere and your customer base dwindles it won't matter how many SEMA events you attend.

Not arguing...just providing another perspective.

From what I was told, my second box of parts for my turbo kit was shipped out about two weeks ago. Still nothing and its a little frustrating since I burned up so much leave after I got the first box assuming the rest of the parts were not far behind.

From what i see from previous owners is that the second box takes another 3-4 weeks.Whether the issue has to do with their fabricators or not receiving the oil pans and cables, it can be real frustrating to end users to be kept in the dark. People respect you more if you tell them the truth, they might not like it but its better than playing phone or email tag and not being given the correct information. The lack of communication will kill a business.

What is the current delivery time for the turbo kit? I ordered it on Oct 14 and was curious of the wait time.
