I like the design nice machining.
Are you testing them with a higher rev limit? |

Just an FYI
I had a pulley with a spoked design on my car for a few months. After a while I realized it was collecting dirt in the apex of the spokes, which seemed to unbalance the engine. I could feel it running rougher and was getting a burnt oil smell after high rpm use. I went back to stock and everything is back to normal. The installation was done correctly, there was no wobble, the key and o-ring were seated properly. I don't know if my experience was a singular event, I haven't heard of anyone else having this issue. |

I haven't heard of anyone else, on any model of car, having this issue so I'm 99.99% sure yours will be fine aswell. I only mentioned it because you seem to still be in an R&D phase and this might be something you'd like to test before going to market. I certainly wont be criticizing if you find it's not a worry. |

While i do love having our parts plugged, I do not condone posting on other companies Threads unless we are asked a direct question.
As a CNC machinist i have to say that pulley looks pretty kickass. I've always wondered if a design like that would whistle. Only one way to find out. Keep up the good work. Tom |
