Please do. I am surprised that cleared the stock springs on the inside.

255/40 is a little tall, why didn't you go with 255/35?

With the stock alignment of 0 camber, that's possible. I have -2 camber with 17x8+42 and I can just fit my fingers between perch and wheel. His setup would be 19 - 4 = 15mm closer and I easily gained that or more on the outside when I went to the new alignment.

Again, the downside will be if he ever wants to put a real alignment on the car he'll have to get coils.

as am i, took a gamble hoping they would clear. i have about a 1/16" clearance, if im lucky, from tire to spring in the front, rear are no problemo.

no rhyme or reason really, just tried imagining in my head what i wanted and a larger side wall kind of appealed (mental image wise). i dunno, i like they way it turned out ALOT, so im hapy.

rubs ever so slightly at full lock on the firewall plastic piece, nothing to worry about at all. And it rubbed somewere in the rear when i was doing some "spirited" driving and the suspension fully compressed, im thinking it was on the rear wheel arch but im not possitive, again nothing to lose sleep over.
