What kills me is that Rich was 'hired' (see link below) to ensure that customers got the customer service / communication they deserve. We're not talking about peanut purchases here... there's substantial amounts of money tied into the purchases of John's products. What he's selling is worth the cost but, on the flip side, there's a certain level of expectation when that amount of money is paid. You deserve to receive what you paid for or, at the very least, timely updates on the status of your order. John's a busy guy, yes. That doesn't excuse his near-total lack of customer service.

It's weird that we've grown accustomed to long delays and even longer bouts of silence from John/Rich.

What's worse is that it seems that Rich's hands are tied and he's sitting in the same boat we are where John is concerned. It seems he can't do anything without John's involvement. I'd be hiding from the angry mobs, too, if I were him.

For how well hes done with my vehicles sure I'll admit it. But I am having submission ticket withdrawals insomnia regrets.

Sorry guys, rich has a hard time doing two things at once lol

Had to give the GTR guys a little attention this week and yesterday I was on the dyno further tweaking my flex fuel tune.

Saw 180WHP on Pumpgas, then 187WHP on E50

Pretty Cool if you ask me.

Anyways, just spoke to Rich and he's gonna jump on here and make replys as needed

So question of the moment is.... has anyone else seen the new tune other than the few here from late last week? I'm one of the guys with the flex fuel kit but I'm holding off on installing it, I have a request in for the STG1 tune and I just got word that the P&L group buy has started to ship so I'll have to deal with that as well.... waiting a week plus for updates is kinda slowing down the install schedule.

John, we all acknowledge you have other clients and activities, but how about just posting a quick message just advising us to wait a few days. Your last post to send tickets, 6 days later most have had nothing.

Communication is key and keeps everyone in the loop.
