trd rear spoiler installation, need to be drilled...?

Its necessary to drill it, or the double- face tape (3m) can do the job?

the authentic TRD rear lip has two bolts in it that require drilling. I cut them of and added some 3M to the areas that didn't have any and stuck it on. 3 years later nothing loose and no issues.

I have a TRD spoiler with 3M tape just make sure when you apply the spoiler the surface is hot or atleast warm, and clean. Do that right and the thing wont come off. I've had it on for 2 years and it has not bulged or rattled.
