I just want want to copy and paste. I'm lazy and have a job already.

I will have a little fudge room on what stock means as long as there is no clear bone-stock car. Maybe pads and spare removal will be OK, but not slicks or a combination of small mods like non-stock wheels and tires. Tires make way too much of a difference. A good driver can probably get a lot out of stock pads as long as they start the lap with cool pads and fluid. A bone-stock car time will replace any questionably car, though.

I was doing 57s 100% stock except wheels and tires at MidOhio. data logger took a dump, would have to find the video, and I don't care. Neither of us are faster than Austin though so it doesn't matter

Hahah no, he was walking away from me..I kept up with him for a little bit, let a CTS-V and ZL1 by and then he disappeared. I wish I had an opportunity to hop in with him or have him ride along with me. I could have used the pointers.

57s aren't bad at a high commitment, high stakes track like Mid-Ohio. Gotta remember, I've been there 4 times now.

You were moving really good. It was great to see so many twins out on track. This event was the most of our cars on track I've seen at once. Socal guys will laugh, but 6 cars is a decent amount. I'm always available for a ride along either in my car or yours, just ask.

I got down to a 1:47.5 with a passenger (Brooks - white BRZ owner) when it dried out. That session, I found that I could take turns 1 and 12 without using the brakes, just a slight lift, turn in early, and back on the gas. The car had a pretty bad push in it in tighter corners, which hopefully will be alleviated with these ASTs and much higher spring rates that will be on the car soon.

On A6s, with the tune, and ASTs hopefully fixing the push, I think the car will go low 1:43s, high 1:42s if I can grow the pair needed to get there. If you take Jon Millers time from Nationals and add 3 seconds for the club course, that's about the same range he is in on A6s.

Turn 1 is what killed me. Brooks was telling me with a slight lift you can make it through there but it took me all day to finally get it. Turn 12 was a ton of fun once I realized how much speed you can carry although I still blipped the brakes coming up the valley. I just need some more seat time. First time w/ the BRZ on the track and first time at Mid-Ohio . Hopefully I'll cross paths again down the road.

Here's a thought. If the track has multiple ways to run, please say which way your time is. For example, at Thunderhill, you can run over the top/Cyclone or bypass, and which way makes a big difference in times. Put the way it is in parenthesis. Like this:
Thunderhill Park Raceway (Cyclone)
Thunderhill Park Raceway (bypass)

Thanks! And let's get more Thunderhill times and FI times! Nag your favorite shop to post.
