The highest I've seen is creep up to 9.4psi

My coworker bought a Demon, and parked it next to me.

WHAT A DAY GUYS. First track day after the turbo install, I was feelin good, lapping really well in the first session.

5 laps in, an oil cooler line decided that it no longer liked its job and developed a small hole. OIL. EVERYWHERE.
Car had to be put on a trailer and pulled off track. It took 6 bags of some chemical to clean up the spill.

Thankfully, this track has a bunch of performance shops along the pits, so the guys at DogHouse Performance rerouted my oil cooler lines and made me all new lines with brand new fittings. They got my brz back up and running in time to make the very last session of the day, where I set a personal best time.
They also let me put up my time on their board because I was so proud of it.

Love your built man. Sorry to hear that bro, hopefully is an ease fix and you can get back on the road soon. I was on the waiting list for that event but unfortunately never made it. Hopefully we can meet soon in other tack events.

How is that JDL kit treating you otherwise? What kind of numbers are you looking at?

Is it safe to track with that boost creep issue?

June is going to be a little thigh for my schedule, but looking for some July events for sure. I saw TDE has the first 2 weekends of July, probably will be going to the first one.

I'm hoping to have the Miata ready for the track by then, but if you're going to be at one of those, let me know and I'll bring out the BRZ.

The Perrin catback was too quiet with the turbo on, and another member of DFW86 said his Dezod was too loud with his supercharger, so we swapped and were both happy. I love the added noise and he loves that he isn't deaf anymore.

I got the MTEC shift springs and a perrin rear shifter busing from another member on the forum. They should be delivered tomorrow, they'll go in on sunday.

The BRZ hasn't gotten a ton of love lately, I've been driving it, but spending all my time and money working on the Miata. My roll bar for the Miata should be delivered tomorrow as well, and then AutoX next weekend for a shakedown before I take it out to MSR for a track day.

The MTEC spring really made a huge difference with the ft86sf short shifter. Let me know how you like the rear bushing, I’ve been considering one myself.
