Coolant temps with Jackson radiator?
I just got out for the first test run after installing the Jackson Racing combo radiator / oil cooler and an Innovate oil pressure gauge on a stock 2013 BRZ (no tune, no bolt-ons). Do these numbers look reasonable? Coolant temps are from Kiwi ODB-II, pressure is from innovate gauge. It was 94 deg out during the test.
idle - hot: 190 deg, 10-12 psi 2500-3500 RPM @ ~40 mph in town: 192 deg, 50-ish psi 6000 rpm @70 mph for 3 miles: 208 deg, 100-ish psi 75 mph in 6th, 198 deg 80-ish psi oil pressures are rough guesses from memory, so they have fairly wide error bars on them. Even so, does that seem in the ball park? thanks! |

That would be well within normal operating temperature yes.
Oil pressure will vary with rpm and temp. |
