Toyota having 2 x 2 seat coupes, I really cannot see that being viable.

Unless they drop the Zupra.

I would think a all Toyota Celica would be viable, after the twins get canned that is.

I still believe the twins don't have a long future.

A RWD Manual, running a retro fitted and pumped up 2.0 L M20A-FXS I4 would be good.

LOL

Give me another Steel Mist Gray MR2 with at least 350hp for under $40k and I would snap it up.
Just go find one.. my 94 SMG has "around" 350hp at the crank and it was well under $40k.

supposely it's a design patent from Toyota and not a fan made render. fake news is saying we could see something in the upcoming months so we shall see.

yeah side profile is gross..

I hope the real thing will look better than that. But to be fair, cars don't always look their best in these design patent. The Lamborghini Centenario for example.

I guess they don't know what direction they're going with a potential new MR2, why not create a car render where no one knows if its coming or going.....

just for fun.. it would look a lot better if they just shorten the rear overhang and push back the windshield abit.

To me, it looked more like VW was taking the "new Beetle" and coming up with a new Karmann Ghia. There is nothing MR2ish about that design. (MK1 or MK2)

Still looks like a VW bug to me.
