Small Door Ding Repair (PDR DIY?)

Hey I have one circular door ding about the size of a dime on my driver side door. Does anyone have experience with cheap PDR kits? Such as [ame="http://www.amazon.com/Dent-Out-Cross-Ding-Repair/dp/B0006FKFMC/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1388191078&sr=8-1&keywords=paintless+dent+removal"]Amazon.com: Dent Out Cross Bar Ding Repair Kit: Automotive[/ame]

I read the reviews and seems like it doesn't work well on large dings but might work on the small circular ones.

Something else I thought of is opening the inner door panel and seeing if I can massage it out from the inside. Anyone know if this is possible or would the door sheet metal be too thick to even feel it?

Honestly not sure but I'm sure it would run close to 100+. More dents the more discount per but still expensive.

I know a few guys who do majority of work on their cars and they always advise...always.

Don't do body work unless you know what the fuck you are doing. Same goes for dents.

Just put down the money to go to a good shop that know what they're doing.

You could turn that small dent into something much worse if you are not experienced....

Will confirm. Didn't try to PDR, just touch up the lost paint (the dent isn't a major concern, the paint was - went down to the primer). Taking the car to the body guy (best in town - fixed my baby up after it was rear-ended and you can't tell anything happened) to get the entire door fixed up. I just don't have the tools to properly buff the paint that I lovingly scratched up doing the repair, and by the time I obtain such tools, I would have done better just to have the guy do it for me.

Good thing the car's coated in a layer of white gravel dust. The scratches blend in soooo well.
