Oh that sounds like finally it's my turn
Nobody likes waiting, oh the sleepless nights over this one!!

But it's like waiting for your koenigsegg, no matter how expensive and loaded you are, if you want the latest in small volume production, more often than not, you'll need patience... Something woefully lacking nowadays

Hope it will be worth the wait

Moved 5 in 3 weeks just tells me something happens. They said it takes one day to build one header but only 5 were produced during 15 business days.
I agree with you that wishing they give more clear info.

I understand that at the time order, you get 10 weeks, and it can shift anywhere beteween 9 and 12 weeks or so, but when you're told two weeks, you follow-up after 3 and they say one more, either they're doing something wrong, or they deliberately provide inaccurate info. It's double the estimated time in a two week timeframe.

In my case, ordered April 25, website said 8-10 weeks (it now says 12-14 which is more realistic, good of them to at least keep that side more accurate), they told me by email expect more like 10-12, and now its been 19 weeks waiting.

I still think this is one of the better headers out there, but although the guys there are super friendly, I can't say that I find this to be exemplary customer service.
We totally understand it's frustrating waiting on these and we know it's taking longer then expected. We don't like having people wait I promise. Anyone that wants to cancel can and is given a full refund no questions asked.

We don't mislead on purpose by any means; these are produced as fast as possible. Sometimes things come up, the fabricator gets sick, a batch of flanges get the holes miss cut by 1/8th inch, and etc.

If you have an April 25th order yours is out the door tomorrow. I see 2 on that date and they are up on deck.

Exemplary customer service is what we provide by staying in communication with our clients and trying to push things along. A delay in product delivery is nothing more than slow production.

Thanks for the update Jeremy... I think just a single weekly update from you guys on orders filled would make a world of difference for your customers active here, and would probably lead to you having much fewer update emails coming in. WIN-WIN!!

1. Ft86sf post link of this thread on their header page of web store. So people can be directed to this thread.

2. Ft86sf updates this thread weekly or biweekly or whenever shipments being sent (whichever ft86sf prefer) by just telling X number of headers ships out.

I think this may help ft86sf better because I assume they receive ton of email inquiries. & I dont think many people know about this thread also.

Ordered April 16th. Just received shipping notification. My nameless catted over/front pipe combo and Perrin CBE have been in the garage waiting for this.

Don't hold your breath: looks like average wait time is roughly 6 months?

I've got 13 in front of me!

Got mine yesterday. Installed last night. Happy with the product. Running with a test pipe and suprised how much raspiness it adds. Not in a negative way, I like a slightly crackling sound.

Ordered April 25. First delivery to the door attempt was Sept 11.
