Misc 1st86 Trip Photos.

Miscellaneous photos shot from the trip. Sorry for the focus on the Firestorm but it it is the color I'm partial to after all.

Photos from the events, the Firestorm VIN nn0003, the weird hand sconce in the hotel that kept freaking me out, etc. In the "reserved" photo the older guy is the announcer for Formula Drift and the "kid" is a pro-am drifter both of whose names slip my mind at the moment so I'll edit in later.

What a great weekend! Scion did a great job but it was the down-home fun loving group of car nuts I got to hang out with all weekend that made it the best. We came in all makes and models, some antiques like me, some late models, but we all got along like we were lifelong friends!

As with the panaromas posted here, if anyone wants a hi-res version PM me. They aren't the best quality (taken with a Droid X) but they'll do.

Its supposed to be one of the Scion sponsored drivers. Not sure which, and I'm not where the box is, but there were multiple ones. I like the black one, looks like Darth Vader..

looks like you got a good look at most of the colors, so which color looks the best in your opinion. would really like to hear about how the white and black look.

I'm partial to Firestorm (which is what I ordered), but given a choice between the black and the white, I would definitely take the white one. I think the black hides the lines of the car. I didn't like it on the Lexus either. If I wanted dark, I would go for Asphalt/Dark Gray.

Really, except for the silver, I would take any of them. The silver looks OK on the car but it always screams "Fleet Car" to me.

Pretty cool. I don't think i'll spent $8 on it though. Scion is smart by having a store for everyone.

WTF was up with the hand with the apple in the hotel rooms? I was afraid I was going to run into it and take out an eye.
