Question. When using the LS1 PCM and the frs PCM, can we still do flex fuel?

You would wire the flex-fuel sensor into the GM ecu and get it tuned for the E85.

Rick I'm not sure if you can help. I tried calling Vorshlag for some info on the transmission and what I need to put together to see if I can get something to work without buying brand new but they didn't have much info. If I were to go to a local trans shop and get one made up, do you know what components I would need? I know its a tremec with an LS bell housing and the shifter location has been worked.

Good luck man. Hate to see you sell it after you invested so much time into it.

At that price, there is a buyer out there for sure...it'll just be a waiting game for that person to show up and of course tons of low ballers.

these things are getting more attention these days though and it's sports car buying Sean now...so maybe you'll get a hit sooner!

So after driving without front sway bar. Do you think it would be better without the rear sway bar until a solution is found to get the front one back?

Sorry so late in responding......been off of here for quite awhile, yes disconnecting sway bar in rear is a good idea, did that a while ago.....also decided to keep the car

So I'm installing this , this weekend, Radium Engineering fuel hanger with increased scavenge capability. Been eyeballing this since they announced it.

Fairly simple install, kind of pricey but to me well worth it, just started driving with it. I will report back if any issues....my main concern is how it performs below the saddle in our tank, they give you two optional syphon venturis, i stayed with the one it came with. The syphoning takes place with the return fuel flow to the tank vis supply pressure.....with my pressure regulator set previously @ 60 psi nothing changed.....so i had no excessive back pressure from the return fluid.....happy camper here.

Glad to see you kept the car, and your still working on improvements. I have the whole vorshlag kit minus the headers. I will be buying an engine at the end of the year. Life has slowed down my progress. Still thinking about pushing the motor back further. I went with a manual master for my brakes. This would allow me to move the clutch master cylinder to the left quite a bit. In your opinion how much closer to the firewall could I get with my own mounts? I would also relocate the heater core lines to the passenger side so I wouldn't be fighting those. To much time has me contemplating my options

You can move it further back... but, you will have to beat in the transmission tunnel more than you would if you leave it where its at now. That and you wont have as much room to run the main wiring harness, changing the length of the drive shaft, cutting out more for the shifter... the list goes on I'm sure.

Agree with wooly, i wouldnt touch a thing. The car handles fine where Vorshlag put the engine and where it lies was well thought out by guys who have done many conversions..You will need that little space they left for other things besides the AC or heater lines.Sorry it took me so long to get back, I dont spend much time on here anymore.
