Thanks, I'm glad they offer them factory painted. How did you go about the install? Did the original ones get damaged during removal?

Let's just say I have a certain time I told myself I would hit at RMP before installing the JRSC. I'm hoping for early summer.

The factory paint made it worth the expensive shipping. You can actually pop the existing caps off quite easily with your hands. I started with clips closest to the windows and worked my way out from there. Takes just a few minutes start to finish.

I had a number in my head like that too, but the want had over-ridden the need and well.......

I may stay NA a while longer too, that will give me time to spread out buying the supporting mods over a longer period. Plus I think a mid season changeover will be better then coming out of the winter cold and tracking the car with way more power.

I know the feeling! Switching from the JDL to the A350 has definitely made it easier to be patient. I'm looking forward to seeing your turbo setup in action this season

Been looking into these as well. What organizers and/or tracks are you looking at?

Damn that's a lot of track days. I am just shooting for 6 again, and at least one new track and will likely head south for at least 1 86cup. I am going to give autoX another go this year as well since it is a lot less money for a bit of seat time. I am thinking about keeping my car NA all year now and just doing a winter build next year as I still have some lofty NA goals. You, KCH and I really need to make sure we hit up a couple days together and run the same class. We are all pretty close in speed.

I'm addicted

Definitely looking forward to running with you guys again. I think I'll finally move up a group after the first few sessions in March. Can't wait to get back out there and keep learning. This year I'll come prepared with an AiM Solo and a proper pyrometer.

Definitely looking forward to getting back out there with yall.

I plan to register for some Turn2 events, and I'm currently registered for a TSS event at Ridge on June 23. This year I'll have some shiny new SPL parts to dial-in, so that's exciting. Still trying to figure out what tire I want, though. Leaning towards Z3s again.

Back in Texas I could get 24+ days per year. That's just not possible anymore.

Longacre Accutech Deluxe Pyrometer + Fresh alignment

I picked up a Longacre pyrometer to help with car setup this year. Really looking forward to dialing in pressures and future alignments with this.

Having bought a nice Longacre tire pressure gauge last year, I was glad to see that they include a case for their pyros as well. It's a nice touch.

I also had Doug at Chase Race do a fresh alignment the other week in preparation for an upcoming track day on 3/24. After resetting the ride height to the recommended spec, I was amazed to see that the rear camber was still sitting dead even at -2.4 on both sides. At this point I still haven't found the need to buy aftermarket LCAs.

I decided to stick with the same alignment spec as last season until I have more data to know if I need a change. The car is relatively neutral as is. It has a slight lean towards understeer but I'll keep playing with damper settings and pressures before changing the alignment. I think I'm starting to prefer a looser car so we'll see how things go for the first few events.
