Got a good test point on the risers with zero issues. I have adjusted mine to an additional 2 to 5 deg down. Was on the way back driving through NM. On hwy 87 there is a point where the road is straight as an arrow and you can see for miles. The sun had just come up and there was no one else in sight. Down shifted to 4th and got on it. Got back to 6th and was pulling thru 6500 rpm at 145mph and decided that was enough. Did not have time to look back but no noises strange vibrations and still attached!

Thank you again for designing these!

Awesome to hear How has the additional degree change affected the stability while driving?

I've been working hard behind the scenes with some really talented people (including a designer who works at McLaren) and we're about to run some CFD tests. Keep you all posted on that and what might come of it

I made the adjustment on the initial installation. When the risers were replaced for the new style I made anoger couple of degree adjustment. Honestly I do not think you could ever tell any difference with this small spoiler.

That would be cool to see those tests!

This is a great product, have read the thread, very impressed by dram!

If I order the current risers from ft86, does it have the foam included along with the new design that avoids the need for the washers?

I am reeeeeeally interested in buying these and I’m stuc between the BRZ white pearl for color match orrrrr just get the matte black risers to make it seem like the wing is floating oooohh, I just want to see photos of a white pearl with the matte black risers... can’t find real HD Quality photos...online. Can anyone assist and post a few good close up photos at different angles?

i have the matte black...its not the same color as the wing. The wing turns a glossy color after wash and wax, but no matter what you do to the matte risers, they stay like a faded black. I'd go with the color match to keep it glossy and nice.

The first batch of matte black risers were a little too matte. We changed the formula last year to more satin sheen and now they match the spoiler to a T

Have any plans for something like this that’ll work with a 2018 86 GT?

These should work, as the spoiler is the same between Subaru and Toyota.

I saw another 2018 BRZ in the parking lot and realized the same thing

Are you willing to do a one-off in the Thunder/Moonslate color?

Would these risers work on a 2013-2016 brz? Disregarding that you would have to fill in the holes in the middle of the trunk?
