Well thats my point, j series, k series, and variations of the b -series, yes all fun and fast cars but nothing mindblowing, the past year or 2 of honda tuning mag is just different paint jobs and the same cars over and over, i guess my main point is i miss honda and i am dissapointed that all we get now are bloated overweight spaceship looking cars.....

Honda could of easily built the frs/brz with a k24 etc etc......

My dream although far fetched would be a 6th gen prelude, rwd and priced under 30k but that will never happen and even if it did it would be a hybrid motor slug ( crz)

Not sure if you guys have played the fast and furious 6 game on your phone, but this is the car they have on it and its just.. ugly. Even if its got more power, I gotta be able to look at it and be happy to be inside of it.. (no pun intended)

Well a guess the Toyota 200GT which lead to the Datsun Z's weren't sports cars. Heck the Porsche 944 is almost identical to the GT-86 on paper, well those weren't sports cars either.

Civics/Integras were nice cars when double-wishboned, it somehow offset the typical FWD awkwardness with the right suspension, but this new Civic is another fast brick, Honda lost any claim to sports car when they dropped the doublewishbone and got fat in 2001. They knew this so they built the S2k, but now all they can come up with is another overpowered hot hatch. I don't think we will ever see their CEO out drifting a new design, they've lost all driver car roots.

Note your argument here is contradicted by your next following argument. So I don't know what you are even getting at anymore except to just be contrarian as usual.

even if it was a discrepancy, the website you quoted has the renault at 135 (which is lower on the list than 108 at tsukuba) on the nurburg ring list. if using these rankings you bring up are indicative of anything, it would be that the ring time would be suspiciously high, not low. it also happens to be directly below the m6 on both lists so relative to other cars it seems like its pretty consistent on the list.
No, you missed it again. It isn't high, that's the point, which is why it's suspicious as are the relative aspects in question I already mentioned prior. Especially relative to the prior gen Renault, the discrepancy of claimed performance (nearly 10 secs) is obvious when comparing the tracks using both cars.

Btw, the RS Trophy is FASTER (not behind, but in front of) than the M6, Cayman S, and C63 AMG if you believe that Nur time, but is behind all three at Tsukuba where it should actually be favored by comparison.

according to the website you are using as a reference, the renault ran a 8:07.97 while the m6 ran an 8:07.76, the c63 ran an 8:03, the cayman ran an 8:06 so i really dont know what to say at this point.

I was using the below link for Nur times, I never linked Nur times from the Tsukuba link. I can see why you wouldn't know what to say. I wish you felt that way more often and acted accordingly.

[ame="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_N%C3%BCrburgring_Nordschleife_lap_times"]List of Nürburgring Nordschleife lap times - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia[/ame]

Renault 265 Trophy 8:07.97 2011
M6 8:09 2005
C63 AMG 8:13 2009
Cayman S 8:16 2009

Different dates, drivers, performance packages, etc, etc.

You don't know when to stop talking. It has nothing to do w/ 'trust'. So you trust one of my links but not the other? You're just nuts.

If you can't punctuate or capitalize, don't use English <-Fatoni logic

this has stopped being about the cars or even being rational. by the way, if you want to criticize me for not using punctuation, it would help if you could at least end your post with a period.

About the same price as the Twins or around what a Focus ST and Mazdapseed 3 go for. They're all in the same mid-high 20's range.
