Anyone where I can go to get this fixed? A factory wheel lock snapped off an hand is still on.

Would you consider the possibility of using a die grinder to cut slots in the wheel lock to the point that it is weak enough to be twisted off. could be difficult to do without damage to the wheel and would most likely damage the stud to the point of needing to be replaced.
Another approach would be to tig weld a socket or something similar to the wheel lock and try to turn it off while it's still hot & expanded. I have a tig welder and a die grinder. I would give either a try if you want.

This is the third time I have answered a post without scrolling down to read the posts of guys that have responded before me. Sorry. Their solutions sound much better than mine as I didn't know there were tools available for that purpose. If none of their better solutions work, however, I can give it a try.

8:00 am. Entrants are not allowed on site until 8:00. That will give you enough time to prep your car, register, do a sound check, go through tech, and get in a couple of course walks.

Drag Racing time at SIR! Getting ready for the AZ Fastest Street Car Meet today, lets see how many runs I get before getting kicked off the track lol.

As for the Vette, seems this cam doesn't like LS3 Style heads as much as it likes LS6 Style heads. Time for a new cam.

I like it. The toms are a darker color than the paint, so they don't just blend in.
