Gooey little dots all over paint

I have these overspray like tiny dots all over my paint. From the front bumper, sides all the way to rear bumper so I can't figure out how it covered the car so completely.
I've tried heavy duty degreaser, Meguiar's Ultra finishing polish (by hand lightly), Klasse All in one, and 2 normal car washes which include power washing/foaming.
The only thing that seems to remove it is by fingernail in which case will also kind of spread it around a little almost like it's tar. I know machine polishing it with the ultra
finishing polish will get it off but I didn't really want to rub it around while it's being removed. Any ideas of what it is or how to get it off safely? If it's something organic like
from a tree, what can "melt" if off? I'm pretty sure it isn't tar as the degreaser should have done something to it.

Clay bar and elbow grease. Or a random orbital buffer and more knowledge than I have. Also, Stoner's Tarminator or some sort of fallout cleaner.

Could be from trees. Try tar and bug remover, then wash and wax as the remover will strip any protection you have applied beforehand .

I have no experience with buffers but I understand that clay bar is necessary before buffing because the buffer just skips over zits. Does that jive?

Yep. Good old fashioned Turtle wax bug and tar remover. Had something similar when I parked under a big old oak tree once.

I forgot to add I did try a clay sponge and that didn't do it either. I don't have the bug/tar remover so I tried the alcohol and that did it. Sucks that I have to rub the whole car down and then reseal and rewax afterwards.

We get the same black spots on our white camry , when it is parked under trees. They are like a fungus growing that multiplies and spreads quickly.
The only way to remove it is with clay based cutting compound.
Then re polish and re wax until it happens again.
