Yeah it was cake and everything fits perfectly
you need the
Frs grill
front bumper(does not come painted from factory),
tow cover which is 52127c(comes painted),
side marker clips left and right side(52535-36)
turn signal housing left and right and the covers.
You can use the fogs from the brz its mostly plug and play

F n' A Automotive helped me out with the install.
Gotta give them props for this as well.

Only tricky part is the wiring to the turn signal housing
You need these
http://www.ebay.com/itm/Pre-Wired-He...-/151028972334 and connect them to the wires that connected to the led's color by color you can even run an extra wire to turn signal wire in the headlight tap into it and have it work as turn signal and day time running lights. You can use the switch backs. Everything costed me around 400 bucks and that includes painting the front bumper black

Seems complicated but its actually real easy. Here's a pic

You don't happen to have a pic of the FRS and BRZ bumpers side by side do you? I like the BRZ front end better but the black plastic covering the bumper just looks awful. Wondering what I could do about it.

The cheapest way would be to find someone that wants to trade. By the sounds of it there are just as many people with FRS' that want the BRZ bumper as those with BRZ's that want the FRS bumper.

If you can find someone with the same colour it should be REALLY cheap to do.

I just like the BRZ headlights. Gonna try and do the swap eventually, and get brake duct openings to fill the holes and get rid of the turn signals.

have you tried to swap badges too? that's something that would bother me. I would want to replace the scion/toyota badge with the subaru. is that possible? would the fitment be correct?

Never tried but I thought about it. From what it looked like the Subaru's badge is to big for the frs bumper but i never actually tried to swap

Been thinking about doing this on my BRZ. Nice to see a prior success story.

How did you manage to get everything done with 400 bucks including the paint? I'm thinking paint alone would cost me 500 bucks, though I know mine might cost more due to being WRB
