I have to disagree on the loudness I just put mine on an its not loud at all, still running everything stock except the test pipe, perrin pulley, and air filter. Between the three items it feels a lot stronger from about 4k and up i'm just waiting on the loaner cable now so i can get tuned and really wake her up.

Not yet. Dyno day got cancelled and it would cost $100 for 3 runs. Any one in NJ who can dyno for cheaper?

Hey Chad,

We don't know them personally, but you might want to see if CLM Motorsports can do anything for you. They're pretty big in the drag racing scene and know their stuff.

$100 for 3 runs is cheap. You're basically paying for their time.

So as promised, I'm sharing my impressions with a recently installed Motiv front pipe with HFC, keeping everything else stock.

I was not able to be near my car while the shop was doing its thing, but I was told that installation was a breeze.

Sound got just a bit more bass-like, with kinda growling tones, but to notice that you have to have your ears trained to compare.

Nothing like fart, drone, buzz, whatsoever - just a bit more sporty tone, which I like.

I am waiting for the rear end Milltek system to arrive to finalize my exhaust mods by now and check the final gains afterward.

now to the dyno

Baseline best run vs HFC run.

I told the servicemen to reset the ECU and let it idle for some time just to lelearn the mapping. I am not sure it was done properly, so maybe the gains could be higher across the range.

These are both flywheel TQ in Nm and Power in HP.

No magic (+2-3 hp and +3-5 Nm in some areas, but what would you expect when a rear end is most restrictive, and it left stock yet? )

I may say for sure after some driving around the car pulls noticeably stronger, and the sound became just more addicting.

You may also notice the torque dip is kiiiinda cured )

FYI 1Nm is 0,75lb\ft
