Flat out, the best vendor I've ever dealt with. The man is doing the work of 5 or 6 people and is still friendly and answered all my stupid questions. Not to mention, the product is fantastic.

I agree just got off the phone with him and was very helpful and answered all of my dumb questions as well as me speaking with 2forme about helping me get my tune in the car since the cables were on backorder who contacted Visconti. Great guys and great community we have

Met up with him in Annapolis to get my Stage 1 tune.. He's cool as shit. You can tell he lives and breathes cars... I'm going to have him do a supercharger tune this winter..

Ongoing support with updated tunes is a major plus with Visconti
I don't know of any other tuner that offers this kind of service. The only money I ever sent John was during the original GB, but the tunes just keep coming! Excellent product and amazing customer service AAA+++ Sent from my Note 2 on Omega Rom
