trd quick shifter?

what are peoples thought on this? I don't see how this can be a quick shift, all i see is like brackets and rubber bushings... But i don't know much about this stuff.

Looks like it's a rear shifter bushing.

The Perrin is 30 bucks and will probably be better or similar.

see thats what i figured, I knew a quick shifter was the entire shift stick part. So when I saw this i was confused
