This is a pretty good advertisement for Chevy's vehicle control systems.

"Watch what happens when we put a complete idiot behind the wheel of our 650hp monster"

The guy could be played by Karl pilkington.

Shame that the C7's are having lots of problems with overheating. A lot of them are blowing a fuse when the car goes into limp mode as well, strangely.

This driver seems extra aggressive and forceful, instead of smooth. He loves to throttle it out of those turns. You can even hear the computer clamping down and backing it off. Porsche driver is awful trusting. I probably would have went into the pits to get away from the guy.

Comparing this guy to Karl is an insult.

An insult to Karl if that wasn't clear.

Those lines...Use the track, there's so much room to apex and he used none of it but dips off track several times... Porsche could have held him longer if he wanted too but I wouldn't have trusted it nearly that long lol. It's not an actual race.

So many mis-shifts and there is no third pedal.
So much ego.
He early apexed more and more as time went on.
Didn't listen to his instructor a few times too.
The only miss-shift was when he bumped the stick into manual mode...he was driving in D the whole time otherwise... Merica! Throttle is either 100% on or off and coasting into the corners... not to mention the erratic steering inputs No wonder his driving is horrible and in addition he has no understanding whatsoever of the basics of proper cornering sequence and where he needs to be on track.

What a really scary video....the first lap or two would have had me smack him upside the head and park it. And I would NEVER run with this group!

The Corvette has amazing electronics though to counterbalance this guys driving!

I couldn't even watch the whole video. This guy sucks. What organization is this so I make sure to not attend one of their events?

Me as well....when I pulled up the youtube page it shows it was uploaded by Philip Hwang...so I'm wondering if that was the instructor? And if so, why the frak would he have put it up?

It is unbelievably uncomfortable to watch that whole video...both the driver and the instructor should not be allowed back out. Period.
