You have taken a simple statement of fact (that 95% of the cars on highways here exceed the limit) and expanded that to total anarchy. It is not a matter of me being "comfortable" with your statements it is the extremes you have taken your examples. I am sure that the bulk of the people exceeding the speed limit on the HIGHWAY. have not turned to bank robbery and puppy kicking.

I wish the drivers that I've seen over the years were as good as the drivers in your area of the world!

Oh it's easy to spots those Drunks up there, just watch for the whiskey plates!
