2017 abs module on 16 down

I bought a used 17 abs, plugged it into harness, Threw the wheel speed sensor code for both front wheels. Cleared abs codes. One front wheel sensor code went away but one remains. Really was hoping it was plug and play, but seems it is not.
I also have the 17 limited cluster. Anybody have any ideas?

Odd. I thought that the only difference was the VSC logic.

That would be fantastic if it was true.I really need hill assist, either that or chang the flywheel to a heavier one.

I do not have an emergency brake.

Here is the 2018. It should be the same since the 2018 premium had the 2017 radio. It shows both Limited and Premium. I used this to install a 2018 radio into my 2017.
Thanks to Grady for posting wiring diagram.

No wonder I have a wheel speed code, they switched one wire on the abs plug.
They switched FL- wheel speed sensor wire(white) from 32 to the 8 pin. 32 pin for 16 down and 8 pin 2017,2018 maybe 2019.

I'm going to move the pin and see what happens.

I have hill assist now!! 2013 limited with 2017 abs. 2017 limited cluster.

17 limited cluster may not be needed but I don't know how you would tell the hill assist was on. I guess you could test it on a hill.

pin 27 pink wire needs moved to pin 9 for sport button to work. Also I just switched abs module from aluminum housing. No bleeding the brakes, really simple.
If you do this mod there is a pink lock holding all the pins in, it slides toward one end, the lock looks like two pieces but its only one. Then there is another lock for each pin just pry up on the plastic with a pick and pull pin. I used a straight pin to push plugs out of 8 and 9.
Sport button has to be held for a second or two where on the old it was instant.

The track(sport) mode is supposed to be less intrusive starting in 17.

IIRC there was separate VSC ecu, no? But yes, if anything to retrofit from MY2017, "track mode" is highest in my wishlist, as vsc sport is one i drive car at most during all the time of DD and even on track, if it's one i've visiting first time & it's rainy wet.

It looks to be one module. @solidsnake11 you appear to have found a Track mode retrofit! Would you mind creating a DIY for the community’s benefit?

Props for deciphering the wiring diagram, my eyes started glazing over past page 25.

solidsnake11: "all in one" - including abs & hillclimb assist? There was no separate control module for ABS? And i wonder if having restyle dash changes things. Anyway, would appreciate, if you would actually road-test "track mode" now on yours on some parking lot or gravel road , if it actually now works as on kouki, as in - at higher slip angles & in less abrupt/intrusive way, not just if it iluminates as switched on on dash.
