Transmission and differential

Hey guys I was wondering if I could swap my tranny and diff fluid with valvoline syn power full synthetic 75w-90 gear oil. So before I get flamed for this it's what we have in the shop and was just wondering about it and if it would add benefit to the 1st to 2nd clunk?
