Carbon Fiber Dash Reflections

So I installed the OLM Carbon Fiber Gauge Hood. It looks great, but I totally forgot about the potential glare/reflections it causes. In the day, the reflection of the glossy piece pretty much blocks my view. At night, the streetlight glare dances up the windshield from it and gives me a headache.

Is there any product out there that will make the glass not as reflective? Any suggestions? I couldn't find much. No I am not interested in dash covers or changing the surface of the piece to be matte. I am more interested in types of glass treatments.

Polarised sunglasses (not useful at night) or maybe some form of polarised tint on the inside of the glass (if it exists?). I doubt there are any other options, the OEM one reflects badly enough I'm surprised that a company produces something glossy seeing as it'll never sell, clearly didn't have any thought put into it. Not sure even a CF matte version would work, but it doesn't look like they do one anyway. That's why most cover with alcantara, flock or similar as it soaks up the light that even the OEM plastic reflects.
