My guess is $37K for the Abarth version.

Now, just have to wait 1+ years to see if I am right.

If current Fiat price is any indication, discount will be 10K.

I'd say you're close. It depends on the engine.

If 1.4L Multi-air turbo then $32k for Abarth (think Clubsport Miata w/ Brembo+BBK package) + more boost. 200WHP / 210 WTQ

If 1.7L turbo from the Alpha 4C, then $37k (due to tranny upgrades) 235 WHP / 250 WTQ

Quote:
In the 4C, the turbocharged, direct-injected 1.7-liter four-cylinder makes 240 horsepower and 258 lb-ft of torque. (The same engine produces 232 horsepower and 251 lb-ft of torque in the Giulietta hatchback.) A future higher-performance 4C model could pack nearly 270 horsepower. Unfortunately, the only transmission available at launch is Alfa Romeo’s TCT six-speed dual-clutch automatic.
Also, it's rumored that the same engine (the 1.7L from the 4C) is headed into the Abarth version of the 500x CUV. Should look a lot like the 500x Chicane concept shown at SEMA.

I wonder if this makes it any more likely for Mazda to make a Mazdaspeed version?

Aesthetically I don't like the 124, but this 500x is nice! Better than the normal 500. Actually reminds me of a mini- (squashed?) Porsche Macan.

It would have to be a much bigger discount than that before I would ever buy another Fiat!
