Question for the motorcyclists on here

Just wondering for any of you riders out there do you get bored of your fr-s/brz after riding on your motorcycle for a while? I took my bike out on the weekend to run a few errands and on a joy ride afterwards...got back into my fr-s to drive to work the next day and felt really disconnected from the car or not as much involved while driving it compared to riding my bike.

obviously riding a bike is a feeling like no other but do any of you feel the same way when having to drive your fr-s afterwards despite how fun the car is? just curious

Didn't feel 'disconnected', but it definitely felt slower. Just about everything feels slower after getting off a bike.

Don't have a bike, always looking at used ones in the area but felt the need to voice my useless opinion.

Yes, I felt that way when I had my Corvette too.

There is just no comparison between any 4 wheel vehicle and 2 wheel vehicle IMO.

The only time it comes even close is on a track.

I had hella fun tracking a Corvette, almost as much fun as my bike

Back in the day, I had a 550 sport bike and an AE86 Corolla GTS, which was replaced by a 323GTX. The bike was obviously far faster than either car but cornering the cars always felt like more fun. Partly that comes from feeling the lateral acceleration in the cars pressing me into the side bolsters of the seat vs leaning the bike so the load was straight down through the saddle. The other part was that I cornered the bike like a complete weenie. No knee dragging for me!

I commute on my bike everyday and riding the frs isn't the same. I don't feel like I don't have as much control and I feel slow. I feel separated from the environment and the road. It's a different feeling. I've been driving my cars for last 3 days because of the hot temps we have out here by the delta and I miss riding the bike. The frs is fun but it's different.

I like the twins and my bikes about the same.
Different purposes.
The car takes the win when it gets hot out because A/C.

Boots and riding gear turn into swamp as soon as I stop.

Almost exactly what I was going to say. It's an apples and oranges comparison, I enjoy riding and driving both but they are completely different activities.

As long as the temps are between about 40F and just under 100F, no rain and no bad fog then I commute on the bike. Anything else and I'm in the BRZ.

As far as the OP question goes, nope no more or less disconnected then any other time.

Always wanted a reason to use that smiley.

I would invite you to GTFO his thread and GTFO if you don't like it. Sheesh, what a wanker.
