It's a subtle change but it definitely looks more aggressive with these which have less overall louvers and an inward angle to them. I like these much more than the originals.
Is that your stock wheels and pair tires on the wall?

Question, how much time do you expect to shave off your lap times doing so? And what do you plan to remove?

I've always been very fond of having a full interior/creature comfort car that could put down competitive lap times. The additions you've made to your interior are quite nice.

Planning to remove most everything behind the front seats, including replacing the front seats with FIA buckets. Most everything in front of them will stay.

10kg is 0,2 to 0,4s (road Atlanta should be 0,4)

It gets real fast, real quick with weight reduction.

You can feel 30kg.
If it's high up, you can feel 10kg. (Like a Lotus hard top going from stock to carbon)

Eventually. Won't be needed until I start doing competitive events.

Had some fun yesterday on 86Atlanta's annual Valentine's weekend mountain run in North Georgia. We ran Blood Mountain via Wolf Pen Gap, then we took the Richard Russel Scenic Byway to Helen for lunch.

Some big changes coming soon.

This week I've decided to finally level up this build and get some more power to compliment the chassis that I've got the way I want it for street/track use.

(note:above pic is not my car but I've ordered the same kit and coating colors, different turbocharger)

I've ordered the newly revised JDL Auto Design turbo kit! My kit is currently being built this week with an unequal length manifold and downpipe with wastegate recirculated and all hot parts coated with dark bronze cerakote. The new intercooler and charge piping is shorter and more compact to leave room up front and I'll be getting that cerakoted black as well to help with heat dissipation on track. I've chosen the new Gen2 Garret GTX2860R turbo to support a mild 300-400whp goal, boost and fuel dependent since I'm staying flexfuel.

Supporting mods and a few fun mods are already rolling in.

IRP Short Shifter, Velox prototype throttle pedal spacer, billet clutch fork and pivot, and the Velox AOS.

I'm ordering a clutch soon, likely the ACT SB8-XTSS kit.

Injectors and fuel pump are TBD.

Stay tuned!
