Help me decide between a Perrin 2.5 & 3.0 Catback Resonated
As the title states, help me choose between a Perrin Catback 2.5 & 3.0 Resonated exhaust. I've listened to sound clips from here, youtube and perrin website. I like the sound of Perrin. Any advice/suggestions/tips will be greatly appreciated. Local exhaust shop will be installing Perrin exhaust system. Thanks in advance. I hope to auto track in the future.

Depends what you want? Are you going to get headers later down the road? Catted or catless? Quiet or loud?

I'm not looking to mod the car with a super charger or anything. Just want the exhaust a lil louder than stock. Nice rumble and will auto track for fun in the future. |

Depends on exhaust company I have 3 inch nameless axle back bc 2.5 inch would've been too quiet for my taste. The 3 inch is louder but not overly loud Perrin is one of the quietest exhausts I'm guessing Perrin 3 inch resonated might be as loud as Perrins 2.5 inch non resonated not sure |

Unless you have a turbo, 3" is loud.

I don't wanna buy the 2.5 and the sound will turn out to be only a slight louder than stock. Tomorrow I'll check out the local exhaust shop that will be installing the Perrin for me and see what the shop owner has to say. Lotta of sales online for Perrin.
Thanks for the replies! Keep um coming. |

2.5 inch resonated. If it's not loud enough for you you can swap in a catless front pipe incredibly easily.
