Man I had such a good driving morning!! Up and down Sheridan road early this morning, it was great until about 0930 when all the motorcyclists started ruining the turns. Stopped in at Einstein's brothers for a bagel. A group of adolescent hoity toity pawg's were looking at my frs layer out in the parking lot, I just sat back and enjoyed my vitamin water and garlic asiago bread thingy and smiled. With renewed spirits, it's time to clean the house.

Sweet! haha Pretty good dealer experience on my end, with the exception of the final finance guy who I gave the check to and everything. He pitched me on the 10 year warranty again and essentially called me stupid when I politely refused. lol

Glad you guys had good experiences there. I thought grand subaru sucked. Ended up getting mine from gerald subaru in Naperville. Awesome experience over there.

Nice. Yeah, apart from the 2nd finance manager everyone was pretty cool at Grand Subaru. I also checked out an Ultramarine FR-S at Elgin Toyota, never dealt with anyone past the salesman but it was a very poor experience to begin with. Some questionable things with the car, a test drive that was nothing but right hand turns around the block on busy surface streets, and a salesman who was very evasive in answering my questions/concerns.

It wasn't so much the sales people as it was that Ryan droiun?(sp?). They low balled me hard on my trade and then proceeded to tell me to go to carmax because they write checks not quotes.

I've heard good things about their service department though.

Interesting. Don't think I ever dealt with Ryan. I didn't have a trade in, but their price on the car was good and I talked them down a little bit. Probably could have gotten them to go lower, but still ended up getting it for less than mid-value blue book and the car is definitely in shape to qualify for top-end blue book. I'm pretty please with it.

My family has been purchasing cars from them for years. Their service department has been really great. Had them fix my car from hail damage a few months back. I can say though they did drop the ball when I found out my car was repaired previously with paint sticks and bondo in the front bumper from who knows when they took the car. However when I found this I brought the car back, and they ordered me a new bumper, and painted it for free.
