But now I'm wondering about this new stock setup, like if the shock cartridge is the same and just valved differently, or that the internals have improved and now are actually different. |

The 2017 suspension to me is perfect. I enjoy depressing the right pedal, even on uneven road. The chassis just plough through the bumps with a well-composed glide. U feel the bumps, minus the bouncy effect. The tires stick to the road like magnets too.

Does the 2017 PP Suspension package lower the vehicle at all?

if you are approved through a credit union, credit is already good, and it makes no difference where you go, one is just hunting for $20 dollars less per month financing. |

Anyone should be able to feel the difference between the 2017 BRZ and the old BRZ, if they are comparing completely stock vehicles with the same wheels, tires, air pressure and driving over the same imperfect roads. |

You guys are aware that the damper changes actually happened in 2015, right? Unless it's a PP, it's the same stuff as the '15 and '16.
Yes, there is quite a large difference between the ride quality from a 2013/14. I don't notice any body roll difference though, only in how harsh it is. |

In fact the '15 and '16 versions had less body roll comparing with the '13 versions. Check here: http://www.ft86club.com/forums/showp...91&postcount=1 |

The problem with 13 is the rear shocks are a complete joke and nearly like a single action shocks. They simply can not keep up on bumps and this is imo precisely what leads to a dangerous event when combined with a bad road. The shocks bog the entire rear end down and give a harshness when they do recover. Imo the roads are the biggest danger and unknown so the car must be equipped to handle them. A subaru should make you want to catch air when cornerning on a bump not make you feel as if you are going to loose control.
I want a pp bad! |
