I was there with swift those two days at VIR. My car appeared to have a fuel issue coming out of what use to be Oak Tree when I got to under a quarter tank of fuel left. I ran to the top of the "E" before refilling.

I didn't notice any but never ran it below 1/4 a tank. The upside of brake issues was not burning a lot of fuel since my sessions were only lasting about 15 minutes. I got one full session in.

so would you say throttle response, intake temp, and HP is better with the Perrin CAI or with the stock box, drop in filter, and a perrin silicone inlet?

Update:

Well after my brake scare I decided to get some things to address. I'll be ordering new rotors here this week. However I did order the following:
- Brake Hard Titanium Heat Shields/Brake Backing Plates
- Carbotech XP-10 pads (custom fit for Wilwoods)
- Some additional Motul RBF 600 (going to fully bleed the system again)
- New Vinyl Numbers (got a better quality one)
- New OEM front under tray and clips

I'm still amazed that you had no heat soak issues with a non-intercooled system at VIR in the summer! That's incredible.

Update

Project - Overhaul Brakes:
- Ordered and Received Motul RBF 600 Fluid
- Ordered Carbotech XP-10 Front Pads
- Ordered Wilwood Front Rotors
- Ordered HardBrakes Heat Shims - unfortunately recieved an email saying they only had 3 in stock and plan to discontinue. So checking to see if they can make one more or might run just 1 on each inside.
- Ordered two front brake ducts and black 3" hosing (waiting to figure out a spindle mount/duct)

Still waiting on:
- New Vinyl Numbers (got a better quality one)
- New OEM front under tray and clips

Need to pick up a wheel lug (hub lug) from Subaru. Accidentally took one with the nut so I am going to replace.

I flashed the latest tune from Moto-East but still getting some slight hesitation issues like before, although I did send some pump data logs. Looking forward to development with the 70mm pulley and the intercooler upgrade. I plan to upgrade to more boost but waiting to see some data on the IATs.

I begin my MBA program this week and will likely have to calm down with some of the car stuff (my bank account sent a formal request too).

I plan to get back to the track with my new brake strategy the first weekend of October when Track Daze has the Shenandoah Circuit at Summit Point. Perhaps next summer I might upgrade to the Wilwood BRZ kit as it's likely a better fit for my track use with the added speed of the supercharger.

This is a great build. Good luck with the MBA program. How do you find towing with the BRZ? is it noticeably slower/sluggish?

Thanks. It didn't feel underpowered or sluggish but I was also trying to be smooth with it since I wasn't sure of it's towing capacity and it was my first tow. I had to accelerate getting on the highway and had no problem. With about 850 lbs out back you could feel it move the car a little over bumps and such but otherwise it was pretty smooth and easy.

Quick Update:

The ambient was 64 degrees this morning and the latest tune revision feels pretty strong on pump.

Also received my new numbers:
