Cool, I may have to switch intakes if it's too difficult to fit with the Airaid on. Perhaps a slightly taller adapter and then a flat oil filler cap would give enough room to have the fittings and lines right over the cap, but then filling the oil would be.... difficult.

Yea, I was all over grabbing this until I saw it's not compatible with the turbo kit I'm going to run.

Can we index the adaptor?

I sure hope it gets a thermostat. I want oil to reach operating temperatures especially in the midwest winters.

looks great. very tidy.
also a vote for an off centre mount.
and a question: if the stock oil filter has that 'cup' underneath it to avoid oil spills when changing the filter. does the sandwich adaptor get in the way at all?
what I mean is, or suggest is; would it be a reasonable/necessary idea to implement another cup/tray on top of the sandwich adaptor, so that it's more like the original design, without interruption? but if it's not needed, then all the better!
hope that makes sense.
cheers

The oil filter o-ring should seal towards the inside of the adapter, any residual oil should have drained down from the center when you remove the filter. Correct me if I'm wrong, but it seems the outside of the adapter will mate to the outside of the filter, but the o-ring seals towards the inside.

Look at this pic to see what I mean:

@PERRIN_Chris,
Call me old fashioned,skeptical,Luddite,scared,no idea what I'm talking about, all of the above but could you please re-assure me about these clampless oil hoses? The concept fills me with trepidation.
