You don't have to get a tune.

I have this header, Motiv over pipe and catted front pipe, with greddy sp elite.

I do not have a tune and I haven't gotten a CEL yet, when you do install, be delicate with the O2 sensors. I'll update if I ever do get a CEL.

My best lap at the track was a 1:18.9 iirc... This weekend i was at a consistent 1:17.5 with a best lap of 1:16.7

Wow that's a huge improvement. No other changes other than the header?

I added the driveway labs type 2 rear diffuser, but that makes little difference on low speed corners.

I'll see what I can do, but it may take a bit. Working on a diff rebuild as well at the moment.

I inquired today. I am 7th in line they said they have 5 going out today. They said mine should be going out in "the next week or so". That is not exactly reassuring but not enough to make me cancel my order yet.

I went from 7th to 2nd in 3 weeks... Don't know why they keep giving unrealistic timelines at this point. It would just be less frustrating to get an actual clear waiting time, even if its long, rather than have to follow up every month only to find out you barely moved.

I understand that at the time order, you get 10 weeks, and it can shift anywhere beteween 9 and 12 weeks or so, but when you're told two weeks, you follow-up after 3 and they say one more, either they're doing something wrong, or they deliberately provide inaccurate info. It's double the estimated time in a two week timeframe.

In my case, ordered April 25, website said 8-10 weeks (it now says 12-14 which is more realistic, good of them to at least keep that side more accurate), they told me by email expect more like 10-12, and now its been 19 weeks waiting.

I still think this is one of the better headers out there, but although the guys there are super friendly, I can't say that I find this to be exemplary customer service.
