Anyone ordered from PhastekSport?
I ordered some Tom's taillights from these guys on Feb. 29th and despite their site saying they ship within 24 hours it's been 5 days with no shipping notification and my order is still "processing". I emailed their support two days ago and have gotten no response... which is starting to worry me. My CC has been charged for the lights.
Anyone have any experience ordering from these guys? http://www.phasteksport.com/ |

I just got a raceseng reverse lockout from them. No problems.
Most internet based businesses are full of sh!t when they claim about shipping. I seriously doubt they stock the Tom's, they probably get shipped right from the manufacturer. I know my RLO came directly from Raceseng, not from Phastek. |

It's been a week since I placed my order, still no shipment notification or reply to the support email I sent 4 days ago. Going to call tomorrow during their business hours... terrible support so far.
Edit: Finally called them on the phone during their business hours, @toast was right - they don't stock the taillights, they have them shipped from a warehouse in CA. The 24 hour shipping window was a total lie, they didn't ship until today which is exactly a week after I placed my order. They should arrive in the next couple days since I'm also located in CA. Edit 2: after 2 calls and 2 weeks I finally got my lights. Never ordering from this site again, their support is beyond terrible. Last edited by treminaor; 03-10-2016 at 07:50 PM. |
