Coryandy's SSM - 1 piece at a time

I’ve owned this car since Sept. 2014, and I’ve been making changes to it pretty regularly. But, the plan never was to leave it stock. My previous car was an ’05 Subaru LGT with ~380whp, and a fun car to daily. But, the miles were getting up there, and I wanted something more for the track. That being said, for all the power, space, and practicality (AWD) it had, I still enjoy driving the BRZ more, even in stock form. The ability to just throw it around so easily is just more satisfying to me.

So, before I start making major changes, I feel like documenting it. If for nothing else, then at least for posterity’s sake. I’ve run a few autocrosses on a kart track, and a few sessions at RPM (Raceway Park of the Midlands). The plan is to start tracking more, so there’s no doubt it will get more modifications as time goes on. Eventually, it will get some FI, and hopefully similar power to the previous car.

Added this to help things stay cooler on the track. Instant improvement! I was previously seeing oil temps get above 260F after about 10 minutes. Ran 4 sessions about 20 minutes each in 90F+ temps and never got above 233F. Great product! I just hope it does that well in a couple years with a turbo!

I love my Meister R coilovers. I'm not slammed but it doesn't look like you lowered it much

Those pics are actually before the coilovers. But so far, it's only about 1/2" dropped anyway. I do like the Meister R, but I have a bit of a rattle on one of them. I think I may have messed up the preload when I installed it, but I'll be looking at it tomorrow.

I need to get some quality pics of how it sits now!

Added the splitter a while back. I was surprised at ]how noticeable the effect was for such a noob like me. I guess that means it was a good purchase. I did get a bit of a deal on it, though. And a nice butt pic, just because!
