lol... That first one was crazy and confusing. I had an instructor with me during every run just to make sure I didn't go off course.

The second one wasn't bad, a lot of slaloms and figure 8's so I had a good time.

The first venue is space limited and the second one still had snow/ice on 10-15% of the nice part of the parking lot so our course designers get 'creative'

How did you stack up with the rest of STX running springs alone?

Also, Food for thought... consider getting a extended microphone to attach to your camera and tape it inside the car that will kill the wind noise and let us hear the car...

I was on stock tires and my good buddy Justin (justinco on here) has a fully prepped car, so I asked for a 3 second handicap considering we're pretty equal on driving talent. He got me by 3.4

And I actually have a wind screen for the Go Pro. Just don't really care enough with the stock exhaust lol.

Here's my second fastest run from our last SCCA event here in Portland (April). New car to me, very happy with it! And I took all last season off and I seem to get right back to it with this car. Out of 70 drivers paxed 7th overall out of counted (first 3) runs and paced 8th overall in all runs. Second place in class (S2, which is a local class of multiple street classes). Car is in allowed stock trim...With a Hotchkis front sway bar (it's pretty big!), front Toyota crash bolts for some camber, a Nameless racing track pipe for my exhaust, and newer Bridgestone RE71R's. Shocks are factory stock. Only additions I plan in the future are a Perrin or K&N drop in filter, and some better shocks. (Next season). Any critiquing or constructive criticism of what you see me doing in the cockpit would be much appreciated! Like I said....it's a new car to me and I'm always learning. I've been autocrossing a long time, though. And not sure why I only uploaded my second fastest run....I'll have to see if I can find the fastest one. The Times were pretty close though. Again....Any tips are greatly appreciated.

Notes / Comments: First day out with the supercharger. Took some getting used to. This was an earlier run, sound was garbage later in the day when the wind picked up. Spent the morning figuring out how to put the power down.

tl;dr version. Car worked well for the Pro, made stupid mistakes on right side that cost me 2nd. According to the internets STX 60' times were garbage and we should have all been doing 2.1s LOL.

East Course, kept Pro settings and car was a basket case. Developed terminal understeer and fixing it it transformed to unpredictable high speed transitional control.

West Course, changed about every knob and settled the car down a lot. Became more predictable and controllable.

Not too bad for it's first series of concrete events and only 5-6th event in the car
