Has anyone experienced the engine shifting forward and the water pump pulley impacting the intercooler hard pipe? If you have and solved it, any suggestions? It seems that the bolt that went in place of the air box mount is keeping it from being shifted towards the front of the car anymore.

Engine mounts, pretty solid guess that your engine mounts are in poor conditions, or completly gone (snapped).

Possible but surprising. The car only has 27k miles and all the other rubber on the car is in great condition. The car has also not been abused. Not that your suggestion isn't possible though. I'll have to take a look.

Anyone else?

Well, the header runs really close to the engine mounts, a turbo is pushing a lot more gasses and hotter thru that piping so engine mounts "cooking" and craking isnt out of the impossible. If your engine moved, your mounts arent doing their job, otherwise your engine can vibrate, but not move out of position, certainly not enough to hit anything else.

The turbo was just installed. The car hasn't seen full boost yet. I'm not thinking that cooking the mounts is an issue. There wasn't much clearance to begin with so moving the 3/8" isn't too unreasonable.

I'm mid tune, popped u0073, and can't get it cleared. I'm not using torque app. I was coming on boost and the dtc popped so now I'm in limp mode and can't finish my tune. I think my abs might be bad but I'm not getting any p codes for it
