50 more horsepower would allow it to "beat" everything? You need AEM and HKS stickers on your car for that to happen.

I paid what the 'Mericans pay for a base and got a Limited wagon! However it was a 2011,with 55000 km on it. Still a great find in top condition and with low miles. That is my winter "beater". Now if only the FR-S had the same power (mine is Cobb stg1).

Under 25k right. with tax, interest and everything included mine came out to 31K.

This is the same with many marques unfortunately. Gotta look into importation laws if you're serious about getting a particular car sometimes... of course, taking into account the current FX, but it's possible. I've had a few imported cars and am looking at my next hunt from somewhere other than Canada

I don't see how the GTI is on their either. A base with DSG is like $27,500.

Fail. Real fun fact of the day: "2015 WRX starting from $29,995" Also, BRZ base is $27,295 here.

Thanks for pointing this out, but that's not the point.. the point is that Subaru has been screwing over Canadians for years. Also you can't buy a 2015 just yet.

But it is a fun fact that they are lowering the price over here to be reasonable considering exchange rates. The lawsuits may have helped..,.
