SOLD: Sprintex/Innovate Twin Screw Non-Intercooled Supercharger

*SOLD*

Sprintex/Innovate Twin Screw Non-Intercooled (5.2 PSI) Supercharger. Includes all the components (Belt, hoses, brackets, etc) for install. No fuel tuning provided. I just tuned using an OFT with RomRaider.

This supercharger really impressed me on how much torque it produced down low. Made 232whp at only 5 psi on E85, but the impressive thing was that it produced a flat 175lb/ft of torque. Probably the best F/I solution for a daily driver, as there is no lag in power. It's also very easy to install. Should take a person with average mechanical skills one afternoon to complete.

I have used the supercharger for about a year. The kit is in mostly good condition. However I let the oil run a little low once, so now it's making some noise on decel around 3k rpm. It still makes great boost, just a little noisy. When we took the blower off the manifold and opened up the back cover, we saw no rotor coating or housing wear. (See photo of the rotors below) The front bearing had no play or discoloration. Therefore it looks to be a great candidate for a future rebuild. I just don't have time to play with cars anymore. Otherwise I would have eventually sent this in to be rebuilt myself.

John Bond charges approximately $700 for a rebuild and actually replaces the bearings, seals, and oil with better quality components than what Sprintex used.

Added more photos. Everything is included. The rotors are in great shape, as you can see from the photos.

supercharger whine, low boost, easy to install, safe for non-built motor.
Pickup a delicious tuning flex fuel unit+tune and enjoy more power too.

I'm very happy with my sprintex/innovate kit on my own car

Can you use the non intercooler kit safely on pump fuel? What if e85 isn't available?

How much concern should the noise and "candidate for future rebuild" cause? Does it need to be rebuilt before install to avoid unnecessary wear?

This is something I would be very interested in if it weren't for that piece of information... and if you wanted to ship it.

It's a chirping sound, which indicates slight bearing wear. It's not a problem until there's so much play that the rotors start touching the housings, which is not the case here. You can pretty much start out with Shiv's tune for the ESC as a baseline. Just choose either the gas or E85 map.
