Don't press it all the way down? There is a detent there for just up or down until released.

There is a book in the glove box. It contains many of the mysteries of the universe. Or at least tells you a bunch of stuff about the car.

Does the manual say anything about wiping the rear window?

I do not understand when that concept fell out of practice but it seems rampant. Hell, I buy a new pillow I read the materials that come with it since there could be stuff I didn't know so I don't get why people don't bother reading one for a car. It only takes about an hour if you skip all the specs sections.

Yes, it says use a soft cloth. You need to buy a book on how to be a contortionist to do it though. Luckily I have small grandsons that can get back there and do a passible job. When they grow I will need to buy a new car or drive with a dirty back window.

By far my favorite way to clean back there, and the only "as seen on tv" thing my mother bought for everyone in the family that ever worked.

I don't know what it is, by my FR-S, and now 86, has the most stubborn crud on the inside of the glass I've ever seen. I can't ever seem to get it all.

And I do have an item I hate: The head unit. As a person who some issues with night vision, getting hit in the face with the photon stun-gun that is that stupid bright screen in reverse is seriously annoying me. I have RTFM, but must be missing something. I also want to rip it from the dash for it's suckage as a player.

Turn the dash dimmer down one click. It should allow the infotainment system to go into night mode. You can also manually override it by pushing and holding the Audio button.

I hate how my side markers don't stay in flush and there's a tiny gap between front bumper and headlights....gotta look close to notice tho I guess.
