Holy crap seriously? Even the pricey layouts are dirt ass cheap compared to a higher end head unit. I now understand the rage.

I'm having so much trouble removing the bottom part where the usb/aux is. I can pull out the usb connector, but I can't pull out that bottom part. Any advice on how to go about this?

yeah, i had a hard time pulling that piece out too. remove the usb/aux adapter and just pull the bottom portion of the piece first, itll click out. you may need to wiggle back and forth on the left and right sides.. just need to be persistent. pulling on the rubber lip may help too, but just be careful.

Now, how did you make that trim piece? Custom?
