Re-Sizing Photos with Windows 10

Got a new laptop with Windows 10 on it and I was wondering if anyone can tell me how to re-size pictures? No option for 'resize' shows up in the pictures folder and the 'Edit' function also has no re-size function. Can anyone help me with this? Thanks.

You can try "open with" and select paint, or you can download GNU and re-size with that.

Second this. Paint is your friend and there are a million free photo softwares. Paint will work for you though to resize. Can do pixel size or percentage.

Use a magnifying glass. Just be sure to use it in the sun.
