Do contact them they're AMAZING with issues, I had a new header at my place in 3 days EDIT: @Truerace Also contact the vendor you got it from my vendor @ShowstoppersUSA was amazing in responding and following up with the issue. It'll help in the deciphering of the japanese accent haha!
