I no longer have the car, but I do remember those rear mats were easy to remove and clean. Can't comment on any dismembered bodies.

Those still get resurrected from time to time when somebody wants to either say "Me too" or pick a fight with somebody that hasn't been here for 3 or more years.

What kind of mileage do you get when you take these out?

actually the handling dynamics of the car changes...like being a few PSI low on your tires...gas mileage might improve by .1

I keep those mats in the trunk. Left there, they help keep other things from sliding around somewhat.

Well, actually things put in trunk seem to FLY around in this car, rather than slide around. Could possibly be a result of my driving style.

I've seen cars in which people leave things top of dash. Such things would not make it around the first corner in my car. Must be there are some who've never been taught that corners are made for accelerating.

Same for dangly air freshener packs on the rear view mirror. That would get old very quickly.

I also just noticed that apparently you are also supposed to bind the hands of your passenger in front of them. Not sure how well that will go over with the live ones.
